Yesterday I got a chance to run around Lisbon, by myself. Woohoo! I tried to get a lot of pictures of the good stuff but I didnt want to seem too tourist. I look Portuguese, right? Right? Not at all, Sean, not at all....
Did I mention how the streets are stone? The streets are stones! I love the buildings too! I keep hearing that the buildings are made from stone and NOT polystyrene (whats polystyrene? is that how you spell it? who knows...)
This is from a park I ended up in on my adventures. They have peacocks and ducks and all sorts of crazy birds. This one is camera shy... how sad.
I ended up wandering for like... probably close to a thousand hours. This is night in Lisbon, right by the city circle. Until Tomorrow!

Eel and Pastel de Nata
So today we went to the grocery store. My uncle says in the nineties, they didnt even have peanut butter or bread. so you could only have PB and J with jelly..... and thats it. Heres a picture from the grocery store. Yes, thats an eel.
Did I mention how much the Portuguese eat? Because they eat a lot. Im surprised more arent really fat. Aside from all of the eel they eat, this is also a favorite desert. So good...

Restaurant time!
So apparently Obama is coming to Lisbon on the 19 for a meeting with the portuguese government and theyre giving him a miniature book and expecting him to read it? I dont really know. We should probably ask them. Whats the deal, Jose? I guess this is how the Portuguese do war. Anyway, theyre meeting at this big concert hall (I think?) and you can see it really well from this restaurant we go to like all the time that serves paper thing pizza that your supposed to eat with a fork and knife. Try cutting paper and eating with a knife and fork. Its not that easy...

Yo Quiero Taco Bell
I know it makes me a bad person to say this but if there is one thing I miss here, its this:
Something must be horribly wrong with me. I eat amazing food pretty much every day, theres beauty everywhere, Im doing wonderful things. I guess its withdrawals... Taco Bell should be outlawed! Then theyd have to change their mascot from this:
To this:
What ever happened to that dog? Maybe he got bumped off after a sour deal... Anyway, if you feel like going down to Taco Bell, picking up some beefy five layer burritos and mailing them to me, I wouldnt argue it. Thanks!

Hike time!
So last week I went on a marathon-hike thing in the mountains, in Cascais, Portugal. The Portuguese dont play when it comes to mountain marathons. Jam!
